Every goals we set are meant to be achieved, this year, I will make sure that I will surpass all the things I have managed myself to experience last Y2022.

Every first week of January is always associated with all the New Years Resolution for every person. Though this should not be the case for me because if I see something not productive in me, I plan things ahead to change for the better. If we keep on doing the things that we are aware brings negative impact to our lives, then this would such be a vicious cycle which will not give us good results.

When we set goals for ourselves to hit this year, every goal needs to be achievable with a little bit to moderate efforts from us. Yes, we could actually set a very high level of targets for ourselves just to let us feel we are capable of what seems to be “right” for the standards we put ourselves with. One of the things that makes us frustrated is that when we were not able to hit our goals because we set our standards too high. Another factor could be is that we were not so consistent in doing the things that needs to be done for us to achieve those things we set ourselves. Though this is mostly the case, we need to be consistent of every step that needs to be done.

I have categorized my goals into three different aspects.

Career, Personal and Social

In setting our goals, we need to figure out what are the things that will be affected if we were able to consistently do the things that are needed for us to achieve what we wanted to happen.

Career

All of us for sure wanted to have the financial freedom that we always aim for. So it is best to put achievable goals to our source of income, minimize expenditures and provide savings for ourselves. The fact that I have already gained so much than what I needed for me to have a stable life even without any incoming funds at all, will surely make some, if not more people who read this get inspired of my stories to share.

I have classified my income into two kinds:

1. Salary
2. Passive Income yields

My salary would definitely come from the three jobs that I am currently focusing on. The passive income would come from the funds I have previously gained and put into banks, staking and crypto-farming. It earns monthly interest rates.

My goal is to just continue to be self-reliant, spend wisely and continue to search for more doable projects this year. There will be an incoming fourth job this February or March but it is a start-up blockchain so nothing is really certain at this moment.

I will be the marketing lead of this project and it will be based on how successful I will be leading the project to its success as well for me to enjoy the value of the tokens I will be given as a salary per month.

l would consider this fourth job to be included in the side-hustle part only.

I would also like to earn in so many ways such as doing Steemit, trading, and continue to do airdrops for me to also get updated with other great projects in the crypto space.

To continue strengthening my grip being the ambassador of a blockchain network, I needed to collaborate more with other Leaders of the Industry. I was able to connect with several people personally and would love to have more this coming year.

I have always been blessed because these leaders are really nice and approachable people. Having the time to take a photo with them would make them get familiarized if ever a certain program of ours needs a collaboration from them.

Let's all face it. Having a photo together with these very influential people will somehow boost your social-media presence. You could always tell the non-believers that they are also into crypto, blockchain, NFT's and metaverse, so they should also delve in it. These wonderful people are also the nicest. I am super glad I was able to take a photo with them. I am forcing myself to surpass these number of instances I get to be with them in a photo but will just try my best to have more. No pressure at all.

Conclusion:
The financial aspect of what my career provides is to gain $1,500 per month, spend only $500 and save $1000.
The success part is to do well with the 4th job for me to be able to enjoy the fruits of my labor, and to just be consistent in doing what I am doing best with the three other jobs that I have.

Personal

When we hustle hard, we also need to enjoy hard! - A certain fact.
I would really love to travel more.

My ultimate travel goal is any white beach in Pangasinan and back to anywhere in Palawan.

Stay in High - class hotels just like where I have also stayed. Though there are lots of hotels I have been to that ranges from 1,000-2000 Php per night, here are the hotels that exceeded more than $100 per night.

Checked-in Coro Hotel, Makati City and was able to catch-up with my previous co-workers in the most recent call-center I worked for.

The most expensive one I have been to is the Private Resort in Boracay Island called Crimson Hotel where it costs $1,200 for 3 days and 2 nights stay with a best-friend

After the 3 days, two nights, we proceed to Hennan Resort for another 2-days 3 nights stay but for only $100 per night stay. Not as expensive as we had previously.

Another factor to consider is the experience I had eating in fancy restaurants. We need to treat ourselves by eating our favorite foods.

These food photos were all taken in a high-class restaurants during my whole year of 2022.

We must always remember that we need to nourish ourselves with the food we take. The goal I wanted to imply here is that whatever makes us feel good then go for it. When these instances arise that we need to splurge or caught up into any kind of situation that you need to spend much in a restaurant for example meeting a client or a potential business partner, it is always good to have something you have saved for these occurrences. If you were able to save much then definitely this is just perfectly fine for you. Showing these things should not meant to feel you bad or make anyone envious at all.

Lastly, spend more time with my mom and treating her for whatever she desires.
My mom and I, live in the same home. But I must admit there were only few times we spent together going out and having fun together outside our home. But this year, I would love to at least treat her out into dinner or buy something for her each month.

Conclusion:
Let's make a room for our personal life to flourish and be happy, But happiness should not be equated with the amount of money we have in our pockets, instead, we just do the things we are happy about without stepping on one's shoes.

Social Goals

This includes our relationship with our friends and the people around us whether in real life or in Social-Media. It is still better to be with the same-minded circle of friends because we will learn from them and vice versa. It is such a great thing to be surrounded with friends that don't just use you for their own benefit. It should be give and take. I hope to spend more time with the new-garnered friends that I have this year.

I also wanted to include in my Social goal to help more people however I can, may it be an advice or anything I can possibly extend financially. Yes, I will continue helping more people. Kindness and being compassionate should not end with us. Let's also not wait for someone to do us a good deed just for us to pass it on to someone. Let's initiate the help if ever anybody needs one.

Conclusion
Our relationship to other people should always be pleasant, the goal that I want to achieve here is to strengthen the ties being built with them. We should be faithful and loyal friends too. This is achievable as this is the easiest from all the rest of my other goals. It's purely our attitude that would make or break this goal and this needs no effort at all.

Ultimate Goal

My relationship to God. This is the most important goal I set for myself. These are all nothing if we won't feed our soul with God's grace. Anything and everything in this world belongs to Him. Each day, I will see to it that I will be able to thank Him for everything that He has done for me. Praising Him before I sleep and always do the right things to do.

The result(s) of the achieved goals can either be success or feeling of satisfaction and a lot of good things. Success nor satisfaction should not be defined as the number of high-end places you’ve been to, extravagant lifestyle that you’ve experienced, money-on-hand that you have, expensive things that you own and the number of friends you’ve gained. It’s about winning! Winning against yourself who’s the one who set all those goals you need to achieve.
