Steemit, Bitcoin & Cash-Money! This is how I do it, and it works incredibly well!
Some times Cash is king and when we want it, we don´t want to wait - we want it right now. In the old days, waiting for your profits took a long time, but now in 2016 with crypto and exchanges, it has never been easier!
As a trader on 1broker using Bitcoin, taking profit is important and bringing the money all the way home is a MUST for everyone. I have checked out a lot of solutions to cash out my profits over the years, and the best one and quickest one I have found is AdvancedCash.
For only $1 you get a Virtual Mastercard that you can start using right away (hook it up to your Paypal account for example) and for $5 you get a REAL PLASTIC MASTERCARD that you can use in the ATM-Machine close to you, or just use it to pay with.
The Brilliance with AdvancedCash is its flexibility. You have multiple money inputs and outputs from the system, the Mastercard is just one of them and if you are coming in with Crypto-Currency there is 0% fees on the transactions.
The most normal transaction I do is a Bitcoin-transaction, but if I want to fill up my Mastercard with money from another crypto-currency, I simply go to Changer and do the transaction there and my Cash-Wallet is quickly filled on AdvancedCash

it is pretty self-explaining once you get to your dashboard. Internally it only accepts Bitcoin among crypto-currencies, but if you use Changer you can send a lot of different crypto-currencies to your account. Steem & SBD should be added to it shortly iirc.

AdvancedCash doesn't work in the USA. I already tried! Waaaaahhhhhh!
A lot of things don't. Nobody likes dealing with the US regulations, not even big payment companies.

Is there any reason why you use Changer? I like Shapeshift.io myself and was wondering if Changer had any advantages
If you use ShapeShift, you have to wait for the BTC to get 6 confirms. If you pay with LTC or Doge via Changer, you only have to wait for the LTC/Doge to get 6 confirms (which is one hell of a lot faster), because they're partnered with AdvCash.
