Ulog #33 trouble always

Hi everyone!

The big question in my mind is why is it so hard to find a good technican here in the #philippines?

Until now i still have to use a eletricity for my deep well to make a irrigiation because i dont have yet money to finish the solar set up.
But because of the low voltage i still have problems.
And lets dont talk about the consumption. This set up now if it is running consuming 3500kwh.
But why?
If the pump is 3hp should consume 2.200kwh.
The solar set up makeing 1.2-900kwh but something is still not working properly.
According to some techincan thats why it consume 3500kwh because of the low voltage.
Yes daytime the voltage is low but how about at night when the voltage is 230. Still it consume the same.
But i really dont know now what to do because honestly i try a lot of enginers but nobody dont know the answer.
My oppinion is that the tube is small i mean 3inches. But i dont wanna change until a good enginer cant gave me a good opinion.
Last time when i hired 1 enginer they told me that i have to change the pump. I spent 30k pesos plus labour. And still the same. And to be honest since that time i find out that the pump was good. It was no reason to change it.
And what makes me angry? That all the time i have to listen here that the education is world class in philippines. While i ask a doctor or a lawyer where is my country (hungary) and they dont even know.
So is there a hope that i can find here a good eletrical enginer to fix my issue or until i cant go full solar i will be suffer????
