Hello!

Bitcoin crashed to such levels that made me question my life choices. It really feels you are hemorraging money when a majority of your net worth is gone in a fortnight. Luckily as of today, the bulls seem to be back.

This Friday morning, I got a message from my father, that my grandmother had passed away at 4:30am.

It didn't come as a shock, as we already knew her high age wouldn't let her live much longer. Of course there's sadness, but because she lived a full life she can be content with, I don't feel as bad as I did when my own mother died six years ago.

My life

On Thursday, my doctor took a biopsy from a growth in my scalp. She said I can't go to the gym for a week to protect the stitches from sweat and tearing.

They do not think it is a malignant one, but better safe than sorry I guess.

I have now been working out with @omsoc and @eetu.leinonen four days a week for over a month now and frankly seeing some results. I don't feel such a weakling anymore now that my general health has gone up.

Anyway, I wonder what the results of the biopsy will be. I will know for sure in a month. It's too bad I have to cut a week off of from our training schedule at this point.

And I can't shower until tomorrow evening. The stitches will be removed by 30th October. Just about 5 days before our trip to Bangkok.
