After three months, Assassin's Creed: Origins was finally hacked by the pirates

The Italian group of hackers CPY "publicly" has announced that it has effectively hacked Assassin's Creed: Origins defenses to make the pirates enjoy the full game experience. They boasted this achievement three months after Origins' official release.
From day one, it was understood that Ubisoft's latest title would be a complex test for hackers looking for ways to play for free. On the other hand, regular users complain about the lack of sense in the accumulation of so many layers of DRM protections - both Deneuve 4.8, VMProtect and Standard Uplay, each of which requires a specific resource on the computer. Naturally, it was only a matter of time when CPY (or CONSPIR4CY) would break the safe box where the new game was packed, especially with a portfolio of hits of prestigious titles like Doom, Inside and Resident Evil. However, the new version of Denuvo definitely hindered hackers from record-breaking breaks (especially since games with old releases such as Middle Earth: Shadow of War or FIFA 18 were hacked hours after release).

It is still unclear whether, since everyone can now unlimitedly enjoy the pirated version of Assassin's Creed Origins, Ubisoft will leave the protections active. Previously, various developers have wiped out Denuvo after a potential breakthrough on the pretext that protection has ended, keeping the first sales. It seems the case is similar here, but Ubisoft has not yet commented on the case
