Yesterday was a memorable date, where the fateful history of the twin towers was remembered; 18 years have passed since that nefarious tragedy occurred, where thousands of people lost their lives; and where with the help of many others, thousands more were rescued.
Ayer fue una fecha memorable, en donde se recordó la fatídica historia de lo acontecido con las torres gemelas; ya han pasado 18 años desde que ocurrió esa nefasta tragedia, en donde miles de personas perdieròn la vida; y en donde con la ayuda de muchas otras, fueron rescatadas miles más.
After that unfortunate catastrophe, many people directly and indirectly affected, are now suffering the aftermath of that tragic day. They were suffering from diseases of both the nervous system and respiratory diseases due to exposure to the toxic cloud of dust with which they had to live for approximately 100 days, among other diseases. Tras esa lamentable catástrofe, muchas personas directa e indirectamente afectadas; sufren en la actualidad las secuelas de ese trágico día. Quedaròn padeciendo de enfermedades tanto del sistema nervioso, como enfermedades respiratorias debido a la exposición de la nube tóxica de polvo con la que tuvieròn que convivir por aproximadamente 100 días; entre otras enfermedades. News such as this persist in history, with the passing of the years, will no longer have the same impact as in the beginning, but neither will they be forgotten.
Noticias como estas perduran en la historia, con el transcurrir de los años, ya no tendrá el mismo impacto que en un principio; pero tampoco serán olvidadas.
En memoria de todos aquellos que ese día perdieròn la vida por causa de una lamentable tragedia; y en reconocimiento de todos aquellos que trabajaròn arduamente para rescatar y ayudar a muchas personas que tras varios días atrapadas bajo concreto, seguían con vida y con la esperanza de tener una nueva oportunidad.

STOPHola @gassa28, definitivamente un acontecimiento dificil de olvidar, yo todavia recuerdo que hacia y donde me encontraba cuando me entere del suceso. Y si eso lo recuerdo yo, viviendo en Venezuela y sin ningun familiar afectado, no me imagino la personas que lo vivieron de forma cercana. Bonitos separadores.
Si fue algo que marcó la historia a nivel mundial.
Aunque yo nací un año déspues, igual he leído las noticias, este tipo de tragedias son muy tristes por que primero no debería pasar estas cosas por conflictos entre países y por la cantidad de vidas humanas que se pierden.
