Follow the money... et al
When a movement emerges, its a new cow for professional "activists" to milk. Co-opt it and then stagnate its progress, because you can't milk a moving cow.
When the cow is dry shuffle it out of the shed to make way for the next one. If the movement gathers momentum again, bring it in for another round of milking.
Co-option and stagnation is simple and easy to spot. Follow the meaningless gestures, virtue signaling, warriors, hype and money trails.
