The Diary Game (16/3/2025) Experiencing Ulcer Because Of Not Eating Before Going To Church Service

After that, I finished dressing up. Unfortunately, there was no time to enter the kitchen and prepare breakfast, so I stepped out and headed to church. I'm not use to going to Sunday service without taking anything or going with something to eat later because we always get dismissed late, and I'm an ulcer patient.

When I got to the church, praise and worship was already going on. I went to my duty post (choir sit) sat down, and then thanked God for the grace to be in his presence. I prayed for an open heaven and also asked that whatsoever God was going to do in the service, He shouldn't do it without me. I put Amen and then stood up i joined in the praise and worship section.

My heart was heavy, but immediately after the New Generation choir, Voice of Shalom, and Voice of Answer was done with choir ministration, my soul was lifted, and I felt God presence. And that as God's servant (my Papa) climbed the altar to give exhortation, the Holy Spirit led him, and he raised a prayer point from the Bible portion (Psalm 102 verse 13)
KJV:Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.

Jesus I prayed that prayer like a roaring lion because I was desperate for the mercy of God over my situation.

After that, he went ahead to preach on the topic "Dealing with the Spirit of Jezebel" and the text was from the book of 1 Kings 21, from verses 1 down to 21. I enjoyed the preaching as it was very touching, and after that was offering. And the closing prayer, service came to a close.

Before the church dismissed, ulcer was disturbing me badly, and I had to rush home without having time to talk and take pictures with my girlfriend @missyleo. When I got home, I could not even stand straight. I managed to undress and went to the kitchen to prepare jollof rice.

Here are the condiments I used in cooking

• Fish
• Crayfish
• Maggi
• Fresh pepper
• Onion
• Groundnut oil
• Tomato
• Salt

I measured the desired amount of rice into the pot, added water, and then took it to the fire to parboil the rice. After parboiling, I washed the rice very well and sieve the rice til the water drain.

Then, I put the pot back on the fire, allowed it to dry, and added groundnut oil, allow it to heat, add the salt, onion, tomato and part of Maggi, cook it for some minutes stirred it occasionally, Next I added the rice, stir it to combine with tomato sauce.

After that i added the desired amount of water stir it well and covered the pot and allow it to boil until the water absorbed and the rice was cooked. Within 45 minutes, the jollof rice was served and ready to eat.

When I was done cooking, I dish the rice and keep, then went to the bathroom and took a bath first before eating.

After that I lay on the floor to relax while the ulcer was still bothering me. I was not comfortable at all and I could not settle, was scrubbing on the floor till sleep catch me.
