Baby Exo's Birthday Cakes!

Baby Exo's first birthday, our virtual friend offered to buy Exo's customized birthday cake. Because I know that the customized cake is expensive, I offered to give her 500 pesos to add for the cake.

I was embarrassed because we have never met her yet that time our virtual friend in person but our relationship is like we have been friends for a long time and met in person already. But we only met her on Facebook, she's a good samaritan for me and she's like baby Exo's fairy godmother.

I already share a story before, I posted here about her and how we met and started our friendships and how our first meeting in person. Good thing she accepted my counterpart of P500, she didn't want to accept it, but I insisted.

Pikachu was the theme of my baby's first birthday because he liked Pikachu at that time, so we ordered a Pikachu customized cake for his first birthday.

On the day of my baby's birthday, our family friend also has twin daughters and my baby is only four months older than those twins. They came and brought a cake for Exo so he has two cakes for his first birthday. What a blessing, right?

On his second birthday, our family friend who is hubby's close childhood friend offered to give him a cake for his birthday. Cars are Exo's second birthday theme, so his cake is a customized car birthday cake.

But I said to our friend, jusy buy a chiffon cake that can be bought at the bakeshop is about P200 pesos, don't go for the customized cake because it's expensive.

But she said had already ordered a cake. So it is expected that the cake that she will give on Exo's birthday will be customized and she even asked what Exo's birthday theme is. Because Exo is so obsessed with car toys even until now, so his theme for his second birthday is also cars.

On his second birthday cake, I didn't notice his name on the cake, if our friend's husband who gave the cake didn't say that the baby's name is written on the cake, I wouldn't have known that there was a name on it. That couple is a close childhood friend of hubby.

The car toys toppings on Exo's birthday cake were the first thing he picked up and immediately started playing with that toy hahaha he's a child indeed.

Our baby Exo's birthday is coming up, he will be three years old on May 26, 2023. My plan is just to buy a bento cake and just have a simple celebration with the family at home and cook fried chicken and pancit since that's Exo's favourite.

And play at the playground in the mall, because he likes to play there because he saw Blippi's videos in the playground on YouTube, he said he also wanted to play like that. And I also want him to experience that while he is young at least once.
