KNOW: "The purpose of your life"
Many times we are confused about what our purpose is. About why we are here.
Hello Steemians, blessed day, I greet you @genesis2000. I just want to remind you that each blog is a challenge for you and me, even if it does not seem like it; because the purpose of this is that we can learn together and improve each day.
PURPOSE: means goal or goal to achieve.
"Have you ever asked yourself:"
what is your purpose?
What is God's plan for our life?
What does God want?
The apostle Paul writes in the letter of the Galatians: I no longer live, Christ lives in me.
"Let's think more deeply about what this phrase means"
It means that if I do not live, I am dead and can a dead man have a goal?
Can a dead man have a purpose? NO! Because he is dead and the dead have no goals, but the sentence ends with: But Christ lives in me
So Christ does have a purpose and a purpose in our life.
And you know what is the purpose of Christ in us? Why did Jesus come to Earth?
John 3:17 "For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but so that the world might be saved by him"
Jesus came to save us, to return us a relationship with God, to take us to heaven, so that we can love him and see him face uncovered and transfer that love to other people
Jesus says: It is better for me to leave, but I leave to the Holy Spirit, so that the Holy Spirit continues to fulfill my vision, continue to reconcile people with God and continue to save the world.
That is our purpose, SAVE THE WORLD
God calls us to save people:
Matthew 28: 19-20 "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit; teaching them to keep all the things that I have commanded you; and behold, I am with you every day, until the end of the world. Amen."
That is the purpose of the church, for that Jesus did not leave his holy spirit, so that together we embrace the world of love. And there is no greater sign of love than to save people from an eternity without God.
But we can only give what belongs to us, I'll give you an example:
If you buy a bag of candies you can give to whomever you want, the amount you want, but if the bag of candy is bought by someone else, you could not do that because the sweets are not yours.
The reason why you can do what you want with the candies that you bought, is because they are YOURS and they belong to you.
So, how are we going to share about Jesus, if he does not belong to us? How are we going to share his love, if his love is not real in us?
We can go to church, we can go to congresses, but if his word does not belong to us and does not become flesh in us, we are unable to share his love with others.
And you know how do we turn our back to Christ? How do we make his love belong to us?
Psalm 119: 105 "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path."
The bible is the word of God and it will illuminate you at all times, but you have to act ... Open it and read it because it will only be light in your path when you get attached to it.
Having the adornment bible does not mean that it will light up in the dark moments, I'll give you an example:
If you buy a rice but you keep it, the day you are hungry, you open the food drawer and you see the rice, that will not take away your hunger.
It will only take away your hunger when you grab the rice, prepare it and YOU GET IT just that way you will be really feeding.
What do I mean by this: GRASP YOUR BIBLE AND COMETELA, count on the word of God, search the scriptures so that it really becomes that lamp illuminating your path.
Because the word of God is what tells you where to go and what decision to take, it is what tells you who you are.
Only then will we make our word, turning it into flesh will it belong to us.
And when his word belongs to us and when he belongs to us, we will be able to share it with another, and when we share it with others ...
There we will be able to fulfill our purpose
