The privacy glass is a smart glass that is switchable from transparent to opaque just by the press of a button or application. This is quite awesome and will make for a really beautiful home whereby the glass can be swtiched to transparent for aesthetic purpose and then to opaque for privacy purpose. It is a wonderful innovation to add aesthetic value to your living space. You can enjoy being in different spaces yet being at the same. In movies such type of technology can be seen but in real life more and more forward thinking ideas and products are seeing the light of the day.
I expect this type of glass is handy on hot days when those glass walls are letting in too much light and the room is turning into a furnace. I wonder why they don't put privacy glass into all glass walls.
