Porridge - Healthy and Hot in Bangkok
On a hot Bangkok day, there is nothing I like more than a bowl of porridge. Unfortuately, as I'm out of supplies, I had to use honey to sweeten it instead of my beloved treacle but hey ho!
The recipe is this.....
1 cup of rolled oats
2.5 cups of milk
Bang it in the microvewave
Drizzle on some honey
Eat.
Delicious and ticks all the health food boxes. Its great for your colon and with a mid range GI index, it keeps you fuller for longer and a nice steady release of energy.

I love oats, but not into milk. Unless it was added with other ingredients.
Perfect.... but honey will also do... super healthy for the system...
