What I can say is that one day for me, it is never the same, one from another. But I will tell what I did yesterday.

I wake up early, my 19 year old son is in college, he has just finished his semester. Now he prepared to work at his uncle's bakery, for a few days, as long as he didn't start classes. I, on the other hand, have a mandatory retirement from my profession. I am a doctor. But I'm on a break, while I get someone to fix my work equipment. Someday, or in some year it will be.

I am Venezuelan, of immigrant parents. In my home, I am my son and I. We wake up at 5.30 am. I make breakfast for both of us. Today is an arepa, with cheese and butter. In addition to a coffee. In my land, this type of coffee is called "guayoyo", which is a very clear, very soft and sweetened coffee. Particularly I like it without sugar and my son, with sugar. And then I drink this coffee. I drink another coffee with my arepa but with milk. For both.

I turn on the computer and the wifi, check the messages and see my posts. I answer my messages on Steemit, while I go from one place to another.

It's already 7am, my son must go out to take the bus. I accompany him and I hope he gets on the bus. Then I go in, I fix. I go to the garden to water the plants.

What beautiful flowers there are today. They are my best gift in the morning. I check my pepper plants and the fig tree. If there are ripe figs and I don't pick them up, then the birds leave me without fruits.

I see my cat, who when I open the door is waiting to go home. There is also a land turtle. It is called tronkín. For the month of February, it turns 1 year that a lady gave it to my son.

It's already 9 am. I have to go to the market. I don't have a phone there. I will buy few things. A chicken, some meat, cheese and some vegetables. I go home, it's almost noon.

Now I keep checking my posts. At the time I start to make lunch. I have to eat alone. My son arrives at approximately 3pm.

I prepare the chicken. I have it ready for when it's time. I keep it in the freezer.
Today I will make a sauce for a pasta. With a few vegetables. I go to my garden garden and look for the peppers, some basil leaves, a branch of rosemary and in the fridge are tomatoes and onions. I also have a turmeric and ginger cream, which I prepared in December. With this mixture I have to season my sauce for my spaghetti.

Finally I finish lunch. I get ready to eat alone. I accompany my lunch with a glass of water from Jamaica. They are flowers of the hibiscus plant. Which when boiling, gives off its color and flavor. A beautiful pink color remains. I sweeten and refrigerate it, it is a refreshing drink. I keep my son's, by the time he arrives. Also to my cat Copito, it is his pasta dish. And, Tronkín some cayenne leaves, which he likes so much. But I think it goes straight to the cat's plate. He already realized.

Now I can spend some time writing a post. Before it's 2pm, which is when the lady arrives, helps me with the cleaning.

When she arrives, I go to the small nursery. I check the plants. Sowing, transplanting, pruning. I attend, just in case someone wants to buy some of my cacti or plants. Or also some fertilizer bag.

It's already 3 pm, my son arrives. I make his pasta and eat. He also likes the water of Jamaica. I return to my plants. And now it's 5 pm. It is time for the lady who helps me at home to return home. See you Monday.

I finish in the nursery. Now I turn to Steemit. I get a post. I can start another one, but now it's 9pm. Touch prepare dinner.

My son brought bread, so I'm going to cut the bread in half and then along. I put some butter, some cheese, some tomato slices. Sprinkle with oregano and salt, baked. After 15 minutes, there is dinner, with another cup of coffee with milk. To taste Who has to do the dishes?

Now yes, I return to my publications. Comments and what you have to do. I get another post, I'll stay late. When the dream grabs me, I will be willing to succumb to the arms of morpheus.

This is an unusual day. I usually have to bake for sale and then the day is more complicated. It is a day like today, cake, cookies and ponqués. It is a busy day. But this is an other history. I have to sleep.
