So what are you thankful for today?
On a more serious note, this last couple of weeks, I just got so caught up in all the small things (that we feel are big things) that is happening in life, that I totally forgot what I have to be thankful for sometimes. We get caught up with only one thing that is not going our way. Later it feels like everything is against us, but if we really think about it, there is a whole list that we can write down to be thankful for and the best way to remember this, is when we see or hear other people's problems then yours seems like nothing.
When you sit down and just think about all the good things in life, it already makes your problem at hand feel smaller,
so today the message that I would like to share is:
When you feel that everything and everyone is against you, remember what you have to be thankful for and that GOD is always there for us!

What a lovely message. I agree - being thankful brings us closer to God - our provider. Just the other day I was struggling with a possible health issue and was feeling anxious. The Scripture "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God and the peace of God that transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and our minds in Christ Jesus . Phil 4:6-7 Reciting this promise to myself I decided to focus on the 2 words "with thanksgiving". You know it - I drifted off to sleep - my anxiety abated - my heart and my mind protected. For God's word - I am truly THANKFUL. Blessings
