I have ben asked a lot . Why do i exercise and go to the gym more often? Health is wealth as it's been said . My point is "In case you are chipping away at something exciting that you truly care about, you don't need to be pushed the vision pulls you”. Have a clear goal about where you are going.
You have to see your self as an old man and still capable of lifting your grandchildren. You have to see yourself in your 80s still dancing to your favorite tunes. You have to see yourself been active at work and happy to be there . And you keep going and dont stop.
This journey of ours is for life. It doesn’t matter how long it takes to get the results. The major key here is the battle against obesity, depression, high blood pressures and anxieties. And you damn right you are going to be looking good and feeling yourself too.... On my way to the gym.
This happened in life too in marriages and in the jobs we seek a lot of people end up making this wrong moves in life they end up marrying the wrong woman and when they are done with work and their next destination is to go home they dont want to return cost the office is much more peaceful than being in the house.
This all boils done to choices decision and doing things that really dont make us happy marring the wrong woman can cost you a life time of regret what i have learnt as a teenager till date when our heart is there in whst ever we do we will always be happy wven when we are losing.
We should learn to do more of what makes us happy and our lufe will have a purpose and way forward.
