Good Food is the Foundation of Genuine Happiness

As the saying goes, having good food on the table creates happiness likewise make us eat more than we usually do. Good food also creates good mood to the family.

This is a great opportunity today because what I have prepared is a Filipino Food. This is call "Daing na Bangus" or Milkfish.

Milkfish or Bangus is the Philippine National Fish. This fish is bred on fiah farms and is widely available in the Philippines.

Daing na Bangus is prepared and cooked easily. Here are the ingredients and the procedures:

  • 1/2 kilo Bangus (openly sliced)

Marinade ingredients

  • 100 ml soy sauce
  • 3 pcs Calamansi
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • black pepper
  • chili powder
  • garlic powder
  • umami seasoning
  • cooking oil for frying

Procedures

  • Slice, wash and clean the Bangus.

  • Marinate the Fish with the marinade ingredients for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour

  • Fry the Milk Fish in oil

And now our "Daing na Bangus" is ready to be served. Best paired with fresh green tomatoes and sou sauce with calamansi.

Oh my! I can barely taste your home-made Daing na Bangus ka-steemian @gilferin 😋😍 This is yum! Yum! Yum! One of my peyborit filipino food. At talaga namang mapapa kamay ako niyan with lots of rice hehehe😁

Hello @vinsaint , it's just easy to prepare... basta tama lang ang pag marinate niyan at if you have a lot of time it's best to marinate it overnight..try it... 😊
