STEEMFOODS || ANCHOVIES SIMMERED IN VINEGAR WITH STRING BEANS

It is a simple dish but our family like this recipe, ANCHOVIES SIMMERED IN VINEGAR WITH STRINGBEANS.
Here are the Ingredients
- 1/2 kilo anchovies
- 1/4 kilo string beans
- 50 ml vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black powder pepper
- seasoning
- 1 thumb ginger
- 2 long green chili
PROCEDURE IN COOKING
- Wash the anchovies thoroughly at least 3 - 4 times.
- Wash the string beans, ginger and the green chili.
- Cut the sting beans.
- Slice the ginger and the green chili
- In a cooking pan, put the anchovies and top it with string beans, ginger, green chili. Add the salt, pepper, seasoning.
- Add the vinegar and water and cover the pan.
- Cook in low to medium fire.
- When it starts to boil add the cooking oil.
- Simmer the anchovies for 8-10 minutes or until the mixed water is little.
