No, they aren't bots or inactive, it took his accounts approximately two years to get that amount of followers and now you are saying bots or inactive, @alexbeyman makes good posts enough to have legit followers and supporters.
Am not denying the fact he makes good posts but Don't deny the fact in a small chance there could be inactive and bots followers in that amount
Probably some of each tbh. Follower count no longer means much on Steemit, it's all about whale followers.
