There must be parenting, excellence in some area, the ability to overcome the gap between generations, etc. May be a parent, a teacher, a specialist in the chosen professional field; - professional development - the training on the chosen profession is completed, the tasks and the perspectives of the development are determined in the following periods; - providing close relationships - marriage, children, professional, personal, sexual, development.
There are three stages of professional development: - professional path; - choice of profession and professional training; - entry into work and professional orientation. Important for this period are the tendencies, abilities and the demand for a suitable profession, as well as the condition - what is the role of work in one or another stage of human life. Factors influencing the choice of profession: An important element in childhood is the game, later - personal preferences - interests, needs and abilities, attitudes, labor news. Parents or other significant people what a profession they have, the social factor. Striving to maintain and develop what they have achieved so far. Stage between 40 - 55 years is one of the most fruitful periods. After 65 years of working capacity has decreased, physical and mental capabilities too. End of professional career. A chronological age of maturity is the age between 40 and 60 years. For some, it is shorter and for others longer. This variation arises from the simultaneous use of multiple signs. Some of them are social and positional. The maturity period is an intermediate period, a bridge between two generations. Other signs are physical and biological.
