Food challenge contest week #147 || For kids and parents| Teach The Kids/Kids Food Challenge| Amazing Porage Plantain
In this contest I will share how I prepare a delicious porage plantain without waste of time. This meal was done with less money and less time and is very delicious.
Let me list all the ingredients I added in this food;
Plantain is the main ingredient that made the food outstanding.
Salt
Pepper
Maggi
Crayfish
Stockfish
Red oil
Water
That's all of what I added in the meal, as I said before is very simple to prepare, with less ingredients.
The steps I took to prepare this meal are;
Step 1
I pealed the plantain from the cover, then I washed it before cutting it to a smaller particles. The way I needed is in smaller particles so I did so
I was very careful with the knife because is dangerous before I injure my self with it and is advisable to any one to also be care with it.
Step 2
After when I cut the plantain to smaller particles, I added it into a pot which am going to use for the cooking.
Then I added my ingredients which are the salt, the pepper, the maggi, the stock fish. I added stock fish in the absence of any other fish, but I realize that it was very very okay with it.
All my ingredients were added and was set to go
After I added all the ingredients I mentioned, I added water to it, and light fire, while I waited for the plantain and the ingredients to boil thoroughly together.
Step 3
After about 10minutes the plantain and the ingredients boiled, I then added red oil to make it more outstanding.
After adding the oil, I then waited for like 5 minutes again for my meal to be set for eating.
