MY CRAFT WORK - A CASTLE

My craft is a castle. I used different materials such as paper, beads, postal colour and gum. I used different colours such as black, blue, red, yellow and green. I also mixed colours such as red and blue to give indigo , red and yellow to give orange.

HOW TO DO IT

Firstly you will get some piece of papers, then you will cut it to the size of the castle after that get another piece of paper cut it to any design you want then place your beads on it with gum. When you are done with that cut the size of the window in the castle then you cut a piece of paper into two and place it like a cross. Then the beads design you place it on the edge of the wall in the castle. In the paper roof I used the poster colour to make strip on it. Then i used the mixed colours to make a rainbow on top of the castle.

WHY I DID IT

I did it because it so easy to do and I also have the materials to do it. It shows how the out sketch of a castle is designed, it beautifully made and there is life in it.
Yes children enjoy doing something like this because it is easy for them to do and most of all this things are taught in their schools when ever they are less busy they can start doing this because it is the most taughtful thing that can come to their minds.

THE CARTON HOUSE

My second Craft work is a house made with carton.
The materials I used for this house are: carton boxes, gum and scissors for cutting.

The procedures for this House

• First I went to a nearby shop to ask if they could give me a carton box, which they did hand out to me, then I came home and started cutting the carton into the size I wanted it to be, after I have cut the size of the house into a rectangular shape, I added gum to it so it can be stable.

• Then I cut a shape of a window by the side and cut out the door in front of the carton. After I have done all these things I need to cut out the rof from another carton and place it onto the house , then I created a space for a balcony at the top of the house .

• Then using the rest of the carton I cut out shapes of chairs and tables and placed gum onto them and attached the onto the roof at the balcony.

WHY I DID IT

I did it because it is attractive and kids like me, can find it fun and interesting to build.

GORGEOUS DRESSES

To make these dresses, I used papers, scissors, poster colours, gum, and some beads. I mostly made use of colours - black to paint, yellow and blue were also my ideal colours, green, red and white were used for my last minutes torches.

To start, I cut the dresses into the perfect sizes I want them to be and I put my colours in others, get my brush handy, then paint it. I used Primary colours mostly because it captures peoples attention and it is shouting and lastly I used the gum to press on my beads for the main essence, I got an A4 sheet of paper to paste my dresses.

WHY I DID IT

I did it just because primarily, girls loves different styles and its beautiful-land for me and other people who will see this I think this is good.

WHY CHILDREN LOVE IT

Children will enjoy doing something like this because, this is easy, fast, saves time and energy. This is because the notice about children getting tired of a particular thing has come to be realised by mostly parents.
