St. Patrick's Day Contest 4: Writing

in #contest7 years ago

Time for the final St. Patrick's Day contest! The winner will be chosen on or around March 17, depending on how much green Guinness I drink!

Write a story!

This time, the rules are simple. Use the line, "The leprechaun suddenly realized his gold was missing," to start a story that is as short or as long as you like. Post it on your blog. Link to it in the comments below. Use the tag #gggcontest. The deadline is 5:00 PM Pacific time on Friday, March 16.

To support this contest, please upvote this post 100% and share it. More entrants means a bigger prize pool, which means there could be multiple winners if this post gets enough entries and support! And don't forget to read and upvote the other entries!

Hi! This is Wildstyle of the @crowbarkids. We met you at the Steemit meetup. Thanks for the cool earrings. We homeschool and used your writing contest for our homework this week. I hope you like it.

Hello @goodguygreg,

Thank you for this contest, here is my official entry:

Naimh.

Respectfully submitted, @eaglespirit.

@moneyinfant has added your contest to the list Steemit Writing Contests: Issue #44. The list is updated on a daily basis and your contest will remain on the list until its expiration - there's nothing you need to do.

The list was created to save writers the excessive amount of time spent searching through the #contest tag for writing contests. Now they can just come to the list each day, see new contests and use their time doing what they love - writing.

If you'd like to help spread the word about the Steemit Writing Contest List I'd really appreciate a resteem, but it certainly isn't necessary. The project is simply meant to help writers save time and contest creators attract more contestants.

P.S. If you know of any contests I've missed I'd love to hear about them. Thanks!
