I vacuumed some of my house today. I only ran one quick errand today. I talked on Zoom with my sisters and my mom for about an hour. We walked our dog during one short break in the rain today, otherwise it rained off and on all day!
This is a chigger.
They are extremely small!

It climbed up on my outdoor table and placemat while I was reading!
They can get on your skin and bite you and hang on and make you have an annoying itch for a couple of days!
Trombiculid mites go by numerous names, including harvest mites, bugs, or lice, mower's mites, red bugs, and chiggers. These minuscule members of Arachnida, the same genetic classification as spiders and ticks, are no more than 0.3 millimeters long and usually aren't visible without a magnifying glass.
