God's Concern for His People
(Exodus 3: 1-4, KJV)
Now Moses kept the flock of Jethro his father in law, the priest of Midian: and he led the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the mountain of God, even to Horeb
And the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed.
And Moses said, I will now turn aside, and see this great sight, why the bush is not burnt.
And when the Lord saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I.
And I have said, I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt unto the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, unto a land flowing with milk and honey. (Exodus 3: 17, KJV)
Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah. (Psalm 68: 19, KJV)
Study
God always cares for His people - because of his divine favour and unending mercies. Though He may chastise them when they err, He would not forget them. However, he daily shows his explicit concern to those who believe and depend on him. Even when Satan and worldly problems tend to make us think that God is not concerned with his people's problems, God is concerned with individual as well as national problems.
