Brunches At Denny's

Hello Foodies!
Hope everyone is having a great Weekend.
My hubby and I went to mall to get some frame after the groceries this afternoon, and we smelled some food from one of the restaurant in the mall, but my hubby doesn't really want to have the food there, and He took me and my mother in law to try the newest restaurant in town! Yupe, Denny's just open over a week ago I guest.

We arrived there around 4pm this evening, and it was quite crowded already!

My mother in law wasn't so happy about the service, it was so slow. She was ordering another glass of water and took them like forever to come back and give her the water. I'm not sure,.. maybe it was just because they were so busy then. But we weren't complaining about the foods tho! the meals we ordered was so pretty good.

They serve Western food, mostly.

I had Fish and Chips, was pretty good! fish fillets fried golden brown served with wavy cut french fries, tartar sauce, dinner bread and one choice of side of Broccoli, sweet petite corn, mushed potato, sauteed zuccini & squash, hash browns, jasmine rice and whole grain rice.

I picked broccoli my my side tho!

It's quite big portions, actually. 2 fish fillets, french fries, broccoli and garlic bread. Cost $15.89 CAD

My hubby had the Crazy Spicy Skillet, I was about to ordered this one earlier but the fish & chips was so temting too!

Crumble charizo sausage, fire roasted bell peppers and onions, mushrooms, jalapenos, and seasoned red-skinned potatos, topped with grilled seasoned chicken breast, cheddar cheese, a spicy five peppers sauce and pepper Jack queso for $15.99 CAD
Jezz...this one was really good, but as my hubby can't really eat the spicy, I picked those Jalapeno's slices and eat them with my broccoli. Lol.

And...
My mother in-law had the Bourbon Chicken Sizzlin' Skillet.

A grilled seasoned chicken breast covered with a delicious sweet bourbon glaze, topped with mushrooms and fire-roasted bell peppers and onions, all atop broccoli and seasoned red-skinned potatos.
Cost $15.99 CAD.

Our Bill came up about $55.00 CAD for 3 of us, which is pretty average!
The food was pretty good too, the service was good but little slow due to the crowded customer, it's reasonable though.
Place was nice and clean, indeed.
