STEEM NIGERIA WEEKLY CONTEST || YOUR THOUGHTS ON THE FUTURE OF CRYPTOCURRENCY IN NIGERIA

Introduction
Dear community members, welcome onboard again to a new contest. It could be noted that the community has been on a recess in terms of contest as the moderators put heads together on the way forward in developing this family for the tasks ahead.

The various deliberations gave birth to the new 20% support to the community account @teamg-nigeria by all members, as a way of giving back to the community.

We hope with this initiative and the unfolding of other roadmaps in weeks to come, STEEM NIGERIA community will stand out as one of the best communities on Steem, in terms of engagements, quality, consistency and efficiency in the world of blogging.

The Contest
To our contest this week, we want to look at the future of cryptocurrency in Nigeria. Nigerians have been involved with digital assets since time immemorial. Although most people are not open about their involvement with digital money, because of fear of government sanctions, we can not deny the fact that crypto has made many homes happy in this largest black nation.

Steem, for instance has been a blessing to me and many here, since 2017. To this end, my love for the blockchain and what it offers gave birth to this contest.

Expected Entries

For those interested to join this contest, you are expected to cover the following topics:

-How you got to know about crypto
-Your experience on crypto
-The first crypto your bought or earned (it could be airdrops or the one you bought with your money).
-How crypto has affected your life, both positively or negatively. Be original.

Purpose of This Contest

This contest is aimed at helping more people to learn about the importance of buying crypto, benefits of holding an asset and the dangers involved.

Prize Pool
A total of 15 Steem will be won and distributed as follows:

1st Prize-7 Steem
2nd Prize-5 Steem
3rd Prize-3 Steem
