Health Alert!!!
For the past 3 years I have gained so so much weight. There are a lot of factors that contributes to my fat build up. I have moved to the city and a lot of lifestyle changes happened to me. I used to live in the province where there is no fastfood, grocery stores are quite far away from home and we ate not fond of sodas. My mom only prepares fish for meals and we are only having meat every weekend.
Since I moved to my wife’s hometown which happened to be in the city I started to gain weight.. or should I say “bad fats”. I don’t know if it is a hormonal effect at my age or if it is about the food I eat. We often eat meat than fish, go to any fastfood chain whenever we wanted and we can easily get sodas whenever we want to.
I’m wanting to lose weight
and live a healthy lifestyle. I’m looking into going through a ketogenic diet but I have limited knowledge about it.
I would love to hear your suggestions in quickly losing weight.
