... totally ruining the magic of the season by thinking about it already. Here's the thing, I've decided that maybe if I start anticipating the day ahead of time I can try to make it a little less sad.

These sweet crumbly muffins, I feel like they’re just the answer you need for all that nog you’re probably gonna have leftover in your fridge. I'm obviously referring to almond nog for me but whatever kind you've got will work here. (Did you know they make so many kinds these day? Coconut, soy, almond....) I mean, if you share any of my enthusiasm for the holidays then maybe you’ll understand when I say how downright depressing it is for me to have anything like that around more than a few days after the season ends. Well, and if you aren’t a fan of nog in the first place then maybe you can at least try to imagine feeling that way. Like I said, it’s depressing.
