Happy Saturday Steemians! How about some fish this weekend?!

Here in Patagonia, on the Chile side, we have water everywhere and I mean everywhere. We have so many lakes, waterfalls and rivers and of course Chile has 2,653 miles (4,270 KM) of coast line. So, you'd think I would be posting a lot more about fish dishes. Maybe in the future I'll work on improving this.

I came up with this dish because Asian food is one of my favorites. Unfortunately, we don't have many Asian ingredients here so I have to get creative from time to time. (Side note - lots of Asians are vacationing here now so maybe great Asian food is on the way?) I was really happy with how this turned out. Trout is an amazing fish, if you haven't tried it, you really should. It can be compared to Salmon I suppose, but it is much more mild, I think.

SIDE NOTE: I received news last night that I will be traveling to Santiago again. I will be leaving Monday and will be there until Friday. I will have my camera with me this time, so I hope to share with you some amazing photos. I don't know how often I will be able to post next week, but I will do my best to get a few in. I need to learn how to this on the go because I plan on being on the go a lot more.
