Creative education for children: Rain of colors
As educators of children, we must encourage learning, and what better idea than experiments; These will motivate students and keep them more focused with great expectation, towards what can happen, and most importantly, can be done for children of any age.
This experiment is very simple, it is used to explain the natural phenomenon called rain.
MATERIALS:
- Vegetable colors or tempera
- Container with water
- Shaving foam
PREPARATION AND INSTRUCTIONS
1- In the container with water place the foam to shave
2- Then we put the colors
What better than a video to explain this process.
Rain is the fall of water that is produced by the condensation of water vapor, which is inside the clouds and when these are cooled, they condense and become heavier and fall to the ground due to the effect of gravity.
With this experiment where "the water represents the atmosphere, the shaving foam represents the cloud called cumulus and the colors represent the condensation of water vapor", this process is explained very well.
Excellent, I am developing a class for our camp on the weather. This is a great way to give a visual.
That's so very cool, will definitely try it with one of my kids the next time around
