HOW TO CONTROL OUR MIND.
This is really very interesting topic because i know the game of mind. Many of us continuously trying to figure it out, why is so hard for us to control the mind.
let me give you the straight cause to for it, when ever we are not doing any thing by intentientily it start seeking the way of please that is way it get trapped in many things like playing video games, watching funny videos, watching porn videos, watching television and doing all such activity just for seek pleasure. But what actually we do is just waste our time.
To control our mind, the only way is to make it busy not by automatic control but by think consiouslly and make you pre plan to perform your most important want in advance and after completion of every task, take 5 min break and swithch to another task continiously. Give order to your brain do not take order from it.
KEY FACTOR : MAKE YOUR BRAIN BUSY ALL THE TIME.
