Chefe- "Pois.

Boss- "Yeah. People don't want to work. They're always complaining that there's no work and then when there is one, no one comes. I've had the ad published for 1 week and still no one comes."
Secretary- "Boss, I have a candidate here."
Boss- "Ah! Finally. Send him in."
Candidate- "Good morning."
Boss- "Good morning. So here's the thing. The position is open for you. The conditions are these: you will work 45 hours a week, plus 2 weekends, and you will earn 300 dollars a month. As for holidays, you are entitled to 4 days a year."
Candidate- "With these conditions I don't want to, thank you."
Boss- "It figures. Of course. One more case. People don't want to work. They're always complaining that there's no work and then when there is one, no one comes. I've had the ad published for 1 week and still no one comes."

In Italy we have the same problem, employers complain that they cannot find staff, obviously with starvation conditions and often without a contract or seasonal contract.

@guzman I think your blog is very nice, you like to cover various interesting topics, it's a pity that your posts don't get much visibility.

Unfortunately, on such a big blogging platform, users risk not getting the results and visibility they deserve.

As you know, for all social media, including Steemit, it is essential to interact with other users and try to create a network of friends to provide mutual support.

A great way to gain more visibility and make yourself known on Steemit is also to participate in competitions.

Have you ever thought of entering any contest?

In this way, you can get in touch with many users and sponsor your blog, then receive a curation for participating in the competition.

If you want, you can have a look at: Contest Alerts: Active Contest List where many active contests on Steemit are listed, maybe there is one for you.

I hope I have given you useful advice. Good luck with your blog.😊

Hi. Thanks for your comments and suggestions.
I have entered contests in the past. Mainly music contests. I used to be more active on Steemit, but I stopped for a while. I'm trying to be more active again. I will surely take a look into those contests.

I'm really happy that you're thinking to participate in some competitions again. Good luck and, if you like, have a look at the contests in the Italian community.😊
