Price is the reflectio of sentiment and is patterned around cycles.

But what about the irregularities and mispricing that come up every now and then. Like if you have come across Richard Thaler’s book ‘Misbehaving’ where he shows this unusual phenomenon about 3Com and how it has has a lower share price than its subsidiary Palm. Even when buying a share in 3Com would guarantee 3 shares of Palm. It’s just absurd.
