because in the cigarette there are a lot of chemicals that are very dangerous when sucked. Some of them are; Nicotine, Tar, Cyanide, Benzene, Cadmium (toxic metals), Methanol, Acetylene, Ammonia, Formaldehyde (Hydrogen cyanide, Arsenic and Carbon Monoxide).
Therefore, we must have a strong intention of ourselves to be able to quit smoking.
