Falling and getting injury to the body site, twice!!

Yesterday a three years old girl came with a cut ✂️ injury to her head (scalp- the covering skin of the head). She got the injury following a fall while playing at home. It was a little bigger and deeper wound so that I stitched her up. Then gave a bandage and asked them to return for a check dressing after one day.

But today evening the girl came (instead of tomorrow) crying along with father and mother. She again fell and got injury to her head. There was moderate bleeding and the previous bandage was soaked with blood. When I opened the bandage I found that one of two stitches that I gave the previous day was torn apart. The wound was partially open.

We clean the wound and put a new bandage over it.
