Delicious Sunday || Know the Secret Recipe

Hello Lovely Peoples,

Today was a really different day. Because today the workload in the office was relatively low. And when the pressure is low, we all together organize local popular dishes, which are almost always organized in our office. So even today, in between arranging meals, everyone enjoyed the meal together.

Today, it is arranged to make flavored dishes in combination with various local food items. Some of which I am sharing with you. Whatever it takes to make this popular meal- Chiura (Flattened rice), Chanachur, Tomatoes, coriander leaves, raw peppers, onions, mustard oil and salt.

Method: First, wash the raw chili, tomatoes, onion and coriander leaves. Then slice them well with a knife. Then mix them with salt. Then mix well with the previously prepared mixture with Chiura (Flattened rice), Chanachur and mustard oil.

When the mixture was well finished, it was made into a delicious Chiura-Chanachur Vharta. This is how we enjoy our country, especially in rural areas.
