Second chance

it's a great topic. Indeed, there comes a moment in every person's life when he thinks that if he had a second chance, he would change everything that has happened to me today, but whatever he thinks, not everything works out that way.
My husband and I have always had the same desire to build our own house. But it is our luck that we could not save enough money to build our own house. Some of it is our own incompetence and some lack of luck. That's because when my husband got a share of his father's inheritance, he didn't use it properly and all that money was gone. Because money wears out with time and if it is used in a proper way, it is saved.

##The beginning of our troubles

It was about 10 years ago when my husband's father's inheritance was divided and all the sharers were given their share. In hindsight, 17, 18 lakhs was not a big amount. But if a plot was taken from it, that money would have been saved. But my husband took the files of two plots. In hindsight it was a good step but my husband sold them after a while at a profit. When the profits were made on the file of these plots, with this money they started to buy car, motorcycle and many other things. In which money flowed like water and all the money was gone. When it was explained to them that he should not waste money in this way, they said that it is the need of the time, that we should have a car and a motorcycle as well.
Should the purpose of telling this is that when a person is not able to make the right decision in time, he has to suffer.
Same thing happened to us and ran out of money. And it's time and day, we're staying in a rented house. Now that it is time to divide my father's inheritance and it is hoped to get an amount from there too. So we are remembering our money that has been lost, that if we had taken the plot at that time, we would have built a house on top of it.

"Regrets now when the birds have gone to the field."
We wish we could turn back time and have a second chance to save that money on our own.
