The Diary Game (30-09-2024) Prepare Assignment On Dua Zahra Case Karachi, Pakistan!

How are you? I hope you are all well. Today I am going to share with you a very interesting diary related to a case. So let's start the diary.

Today I woke up at half past four in the morning and then performed ablution. Fajr prayer was performed after ablution. After praying, I sat for a while and then started preparing to go to university. So I washed my mouth with face wash and washed my hair with shampoo. Today I did not take a bath because my health was bad. So after freshening up, I wore the uniform.

After wearing the uniform, mom told me that you should have breakfast, so I told mom that I am not hungry, I will not have breakfast. So mom said OK, then I sat with mom for some time and started traveling from home to university at 6:30 a.m. After an hour, we reached the main campus of the University of Sargodha. At 8:30 AM, we started the journey from the main campus of the University of Sargodha towards Law College and we completed this journey by sitting on the university bus.

Today we had three classes, so the first class started at nine o'clock as per the schedule. This class was on Translation of Holy Quran. After this class, Hamza Sahib asked us about a case assignment that you guys have to prepare for this case. So me and my friend Ali Raza started studying and developing this case.

At first we thought of writing down the main points of the case on a page and then drawing it with a complete method. Let me tell you about this case. What is this case? Dua Zahra is a girl who lives in Karachi. She became friends with a boy on social media. So on PubG she became friends with a boy named Zaheer Ahmed in Okara. Their friendship grew so much that they started to love each other. I watched some videos. From which I came to know about this case, a boy named Zaheer Ahmed trapped Dua Zahra and asked her to marry him by luring her.

She disappears from her home on April 16, 2022. She comes to Okada with a Zaheer Ahmed. When parents find out that Dua Zahra is missing from home. So they file a FIR in police station. Then they sent a notice to CM Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah that our girl had been kidnapped and then IG Sindh also took notice of this. But they could not leave Sindh because the girl had come to Okara.

After coming to Okara, she got married to Zaheer Ahmed at the Lahore High Court. A few days later, his video went viral. In the video, she states that she got married of her own free will and has reached the age of majority. According to Pakistani law, the age of majority is 18 years for boys and 16 years for girls. In the video message it is mentioned that she is 18 years old and she got married to her own free will and she is happy with her husband. Her parents say that the girl is still 13-14 years old and still a minor.

So High Court orderes that the girl should be medically tested. Then the medical test of the girl is conducted and it is found in the medical test that the age of the girl is 13 to 14 years. Court orders come that you should send this girl with her husband. So the girl says that she neither wants to go with her parents nor with her husband. Then the court gave orders that he should be sent to Dar al-Amaan.

Then her father challenges this decision in the Supreme Court, when they challenge it in the Supreme Court that the girl is a minor. Finally the judgment of the Supreme Court says that this girl should be handed over to her parents. And the Supreme Court handed over the girl to her parents.

Now the main point in this is that the Supreme Court has not annulled the Nikah Nama.

At half past one we were feee and at two o'clock we reached the main campus of the University of Sargodha. Now my friend Ali Raza and I are very hungry. So my friend said that today we will eat from here. So I said ok we sat on the rickshaw and started traveling towards Hotel.

This hotel is located in Sargodha and its dal is very famous. Then we will sit in the hotel and there we told them to bring us dal. So they brought dal for us and then me and my friend Ali Raza started eating. Their desi ghee dal is made very tasty and is very popular. Many people eat from here. After eating, I said to my friend that I am going home now and then I started traveling towards my home and my friend started traveling towards his home.
