The consensus algorithm is used for running the blockchain network with a predefined set of rules these rules have different functionalities. today we discuss the proof of authority protocol, in short, POA. basically, proof of work algorithm is used to maintain the blockchain network. but, the way is different.

proof of work is more better version than proof of stake algorithm. In the proof of stake algorithm, it stakes the tokens. but, the POA, used the user's reputation rather than the staking. this reputation plays a key role in this consensus mechanism. in POA the validator relies on reputation.

If we talk about the validator in POA so, they the limited because it provides the very handy scalability of this mechanism. in terms of centralization, it is less but the POS algorithm is more.

POA algorithm makes sure the identities of validators. the reason for that is people to gain more reputation. they verify their identities with a very tough process. if the validator meets their conditions. so, it gives the reputation to it.

Yeah, this question is very interesting for me. because it is a practical approach. In my point of view, this question is counts as the fundamental analysis because the price is going down when is specific team is loss and similarly, the price is go up when the specific team is winning. this up and down indicates the behavior of people.

I will share with you the practical approach of this change in price when the teams play the match. so, I as consider the match between Manchester City and Leeds united. this match is played on 14th December. the result of this match is manchester city defeating Leeds united.

the token name of these two teams is CITY and LUFC. so, first I will show you the effect of price between the match through graphs and then explain in detail.

As I was highlighted the date and the price of both of the tokens in the above chart. so, at the beginning of the match, the price is going up both of teams especially, the Manchester city which is the favorite team to win. the token of this team which is CITY is growing more as compared to the LUFC.

so, when the match is started the City plays very well as a result the price goes higher. in the second half, the CITY is now more favorite team. at the end of the LUFC, the token is go deeper because of its performance which is very bad. now, the result of this match is Machester defeating Leeds with 7-0.

The conclusion of overall is that the CITY played well so, the token is going higher. and on the contrary, the LUFC goes down because of its performance.

One of the most important breakthroughs in the previous years is blockchains. It changes the mode of money it transfers into the Digital way. blockchains covered the many aspects of our daily and one of these is sports. many sports clubs use the Chiliz blockchain to connect their fan tokens with their fans.
