Ramen Noodle Soup Cooked My Way.

How delicious is your way of cooking Korean- Ramen Noodle soup with Kimchee? you ask.

So delicious the way I prepared and cooked it "My way" that I never get tired of savoring every bite of noodles and the soup base. My way is also more healthy to consume with extra veggies, lentil bean, tofu and Kimchee I put in it.

The most important ingredient is Kimchee, the staple Korean fermented spicy cabbage.

Here how to cook the Korean- Ramen Noodles soup my way:

Boil 3 cups of water in a mid size pan for this 1 person recipe.

When boiling add lentil bean to just cover the bottom of the pan. Boil about 5 minutes.

While waiting for the lentils to cook, cut up red or yellow onions.

Prep cut, 1 clove of garlic, one green onions and 1 small potato.

After 5 min of boiling the beans, put in sliced potatoes and cook 2 more minutes.

Then add the soup base and dried Koren ramen noodles. The best brand comes in a red plastic packaging brand named "Shin Ramyun" from Nongshim company.

Add garlic and onions next.

Cook 1 minute more til you could see the noodles turn more grayish color or til how soft you like noodles to be.

Turn down the burner real low and put in Kimchee and on top of the noodles with the cut green onions. Lastly, you can top off with some slice tofu...

There you have the most delicious "My way" Korean style ramen noodle soup.

Let's enjoy savoring the soup while conversing with each my Steemians on Steemit.com.

That looks so tasty and much more healthy than the version i usually eat, which is that Korean cup noodle, Shimrun yun ... oh its so good ... but so spicy and unhealthy LOL.

Correct...shimrun yun is the one comes in red packaging with black letters. This brand is my favorite.

Just put in half of the soup base or if you put in veggie, potatoes, Kimchee and eggs or tofu on top then it should not be too spicy and more healthy for you.

I also eat ramen with brown rice preferably cold left over brown rice that you could put in the hot soup to neutralize the hot temp and hot spices....yum yum.

super quick to prepare and very delicious, I love the noodles. there is a version of ramen in Venezuela, it is called maggi soup.
Good post.
