It is something that can make your day ruin your week. The thing is i think this is an incredibly important topic and when it effects alot of issues important to us personally. So I am going to do something that I think is pretty special.

I may not have all the answers however, each of us have dealt with cycle of negative thoughts that leave us to feel more than crumpy. It can seriously hurt your HEALTH, HAPPINESS AND WELNESS.

Here are three exercises to feel good about yourself and to lift your mood up and your self perception in just a few moments...!!!

.!! DO SOMETHING YOU'VE BEEN PUTTING OFF...!!!
Some times a major obstacle in good self-esteem is that voice in the back of your head saying I still don't believe you haven't done that. So feel that voice do something that you do for putting it off for a while. You will feel LIGHTER, LESS STRESSED AND BETTER ABOUT YOUR SELF.

...!!! GRATITUDE ...!!!
It is actually scientifically proven it will make you feel better. The people who say thank you to somebody were more likely to be happier and healthier.

Here is the crux of the matter and what i would be basically dealing with

...!! TREAT YOURSELF LIKE YOUR BEST FRIEND..!!!
Hey would you put your friend down in a casual conversation which would temper all accounts of achievement but it doesn't really matter. NO, so why would you treat your self any different.

If some one compliments you dont play down say THANK YOU. Be proud of your self brag a little. You are no less deserving that happiness than anyone else.
