Monochrome Monday - Glorious Low Tide Sceneries on the Coast Line !!

in #monochromemonday6 years ago

While spending some time with my friend helping him move in to his new home that he has just purchased on the coast line of the Andaman Sea in Krabi Phuket , Thailand i also had the opportunity not only to see his new home but also to absorb the beautiful sceneries along the coast line.

These are the sceneries he has in front of him when he wakes up in the morning but of cause the morning scenery is just breathtaking with the high tide and blue skies but i will show you them in another post that i intend to do but for now i want to show you these views in black and white because i think the low tide has some real character in the evening.

I love the way them little islands reflect across the shallow waters as the sun sets behind them and the way the ocean floor lights up with all them rocks laying beneath the surface it's just a whole different appearance with the low tide.

In the evening you will see Thai people walking along the ocean bed searching and collecting sea crabs and all sorts of shell snails they actually make a living out of that they will be out there well into the night with a mining light strapped around there heads bobbing up and down in the darkness.

And this is to give you the insides of how it looks like during the day at high tide just so pleasant , calm and just beautiful.

Thank you Sir :)

What a wonderful place to have a home, the views are stunning. You really captured the low tide wonderfully. I love the BnW as it shows so much texture.

Thank you so much @sunscape you hit the nail on the head that was the word i was looking for at the time but it didn't come to me "Texture" the perfect description :)

Truly a beautiful way to show off the low tide and all that the ocean floor offers up when there is no water on it. The scenery is so different, so much more texture and shapes are very predominant when there is nothing else taking the spotlight.

The background, with those little islands, some just barely visible is mysterious and slightly eerie in some shots. I really enjoyed the entire run of them.

I have seen people over here combing the beaches at night with the headlamps and it makes for a really spooky feeling on a rainy or foggy night. Oh!

Thanks for always bringing great content to the platform! I always enjoy reading your posts and am sorry I don't always have enough time to see them all. You are such a prolific poster!! That is awesome!

Tip! I have to crank up the other tip machine. ;)

Thank you my friend i thought it was truly a sight to see also it was funny getting up in the morning and seeing the ocean full then later in the evening all that sea water disappeared as if some swallow it up in one mouth full and exposed all that beauty of the ocean floor just amazing how mother nature works...where does all that sea water really go just fascinating to see.

I read that there are about 150 islands in total and one is called monkey island because there is just one monkey living on that island i don't know what to make out of that either one lucky monkey or a eerie monkey.

Thank you again for your kind words and taking your time to read my post. Have a great week my friend :)

Very mysterious the way mother nature works :)
