As we all know, CHANGE is CONSTANT,let yourself be the first agent of change.Change your life today. Don't gamble on the future, act now, without delay..Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world...

If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude..
Change your thoughts and you change your world.Change is the end result of all true learning.

Every human has four endowments - self awareness, conscience, independent will and creative imagination. These give us the ultimate human freedom... The power to choose, to respond, to change...

I don't go by or change my attitude based on what people say. At the end of the day, they, too, are judging me from their perspective. I would rather be myself and let people accept me for what I am than be somebody who I am not, just because I want people's approval.

Steps to becoming an agent of change

••Be Real

Anyone can possess, anyone can profess, but it is an altogether different thing to confess. Never apologize for what you feel. It's like saying sorry for being real.

Being yourself is all it takes. If you want to impress someone don't be someone else just be yourself.Always be a first-rate version of yourself, instead of a second-rate version of somebody else

Be what you are. This is the first step toward becoming better than you are.

Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one's definition of your life; define yourself.Learn to... be what you are, and learn to resign with a good grace all that you are not.

The strongest force in the universe is a human being living consistently with his identity.

••Education

Change is the end result of all true learning.The aim of education is the knowledge, not of facts, but of values.Develop a passion for learning. If you do, you will never cease to grow.

Education is not preparation for life; education is life itself.

Education is the movement from darkness to light.The roots of education are bitter, but the fruit is sweet.An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.

No one has yet realized the wealth of sympathy, the kindness and generosity hidden in the soul of a child. The effort of every true education should be to unlock that treasure.Failure is success if we learn from it..

Education is the key to everything that is good in our world today. Advances in computers, information technology, math, medicine, psychology, engineering and every other discipline would be impossible if education did not let us build on the advances of the great minds that came before us.

••No Fear!

The whole secret of existence is to have no fear. Never fear what will become of you, depend on no one. Only the moment you reject all help are you freed.It's important to celebrate your failures as much as your successes. If you celebrate your failures really well, and if you get to the motto and say, 'Wow, I failed, I tried, I was wrong, I learned something,' then you realize you have no fear, and when your fear goes away, you can move the world.

Have no fear of moving into the unknown. Simply step out fearlessly knowing that I am with you, therefore no harm can befall you; all is very, very well. Do this in complete faith and confidence.

I'll tell you what freedom is to me: no fear. I mean really, no fear!

If we take the generally accepted definition of bravery as a quality which knows no fear, I have never seen a brave man. All men are frightened. The more intelligent they are, the more they are frightened.The secret of life is to have no fear; it's the only way to function

Fear is to begin with the end in mind. There is no end. Life is eternal. Live life knowing that the end was your past, and the future is only full of beautiful beginnings through an eternity built around God’s love.

••Laugh when it hurts

I’ve never read anywhere that you have to understand everything before you take a feeble step in the right direction.Laugh and the world laughs with you, snore and you sleep alone.

My great hope is to laugh as much as I cry; to get my work done and try to love somebody and have the courage to accept the love in return.Even if you cannot change all the people around you, you can change the people you choose to be around. Life is too short to waste your time on people who don’t respect, appreciate, and value you. Spend your life with people who make you smile, laugh, and feel loved.

My pain may be the reason for somebody's laugh.
But my laugh must never be the reason for somebody's pain..
You stay safe, You love. You survive. You laugh and cry and struggle and sometimes you fail and sometimes you succeed. You Push.

If you don't learn to laugh at life it'll surely kill you, that I know.

In a cruel land, you either learned to laugh at cruelty or spent your life weeping

The tasks that need to be done are not always glamorous – in fact at times it can be very discouraging work. You need a good sense of humour. It also helps when you have a group of change agents that are supportive so that you can get together and let off some steam as a group.

••Finish what you start

Starting something can be easy, it is finishing it that is the highest hurdle.It is impossible to make time but you can always make a commitment.The idea of a vision is revolutionary and ground breaking but achieving it may be back breaking.

The secret is not following the right path, it's following that right path to the end. Don't quit, my friend, until you've arrived.Many people think that the idea is the difficult part of writing a story, and this can be true. But there is another challenge too: finishing the story.

As your training integrates Mind, Body and Spirit, enjoy the process. Your journey to the marathon finish will last a few hours. Your journey to the start will influence a lifetime

You need two things to write a great book: imagination and inclination. Without one, your book will be boring; without the other, your book won't get finished at all.

CONCLUSIVELY

Given that the change agents need to wear different hats and sometimes the expectation can be really broad – one minute being able to work with others to help them through process maps and the next instance to stand in front of a town-hall meeting of people and sell the virtues of the change project.
It’s really a big task and it’s tough for these change agents. The trick to effectiveness is to increase one’s versatility or understand one’s shortcomings so that as a change agent you can leverage on your fellow change agents to help deliver some of the tasks that need to be done.
