To get specific output results, the raw materials used in processing are called data. Data is a single idea ie information is the smallest unit data that is collected from different sources.The data does not fully express any meaning or thought. Data does not depend on the information.

Information means the well-arranged data which is useful in meaningful meaningful use. Data is processed into information and processed.Information reveals any subject or matter that the user can understand. Depending on the information data.Information is used in the decision-making process.
