Yea, the air clears, the haze subsides. Now for the action of the day. I'm thinking I'll just continue practicing up and put out what I can in the meantimes. Got my makeshift music station, will practice some more guitar. Make some progress, further get out of the shell.

Won't let the past and outside distractions get to me. Just use it all to enhance my purpose. Keep calming and focus. I'm feeling the buildup. Some kind of fun must be had, haha. That is what pushes me forward. To have something interesting to work on. I will mash some more arty stuff together today.

Taken me awhile to really stabilize. Just got to remember to breathe and take the pressure off. We have a motto - if it's not fun it's not working. So I will make some fun. It can be hard to come back to the fun sometimes after feeling put through the ringer, the runaround, day to day stress...well I feel primed to express to get through. To get to another stage/phase. Like society doesn't wan't us to speak and grow, have to insist on it.
