DIY - Off Grid Gardening - Monster Cucumber - Big Island Hawaii

We got in super late yesterday as we flew to the Big Island right after work so it was pitch black by the time we arrived at our Tiny House.

It looks like it was raining.

We had to go to our garden to see how it was doing and by the light of our phone we saw the monster cucumber. It was over 15 inches long.

Normally we would not let a cucumber grow this big because it is better to harvest the cucumbers when they are smaller because the plant will fruit more but we were in Honolulu working.

We can't wait to see what else is in the garden when the sun comes up.
