Morning

Today, I reach home at 06:00 hrs from a second night shift, I hit the bed and slept until 08:00 Hrs. I woke up and freshened up first and then left home for bringing breakfast. I brought khaman, samosa, petis and khandvi from a nearby shop.

After breakfast, I grabbed an Atomic Habit by James clear and start reading the fifth chapter of it. After a few pages of reading, I headed towards the laptop and started Playing the axie infinity game. The diary game and axie infinity kept me busy until lunchtime.

At around 14:00 Hrs, we had a Mung sabji and Roti along with salad and Buttermilk in lunch. As usual, we had lunch while watching the latest episode of wagle ki Duniya.

After lunch, we kept watching the show and it ends at around 14:00 hrs. After the episode, I preferred to sleep for a while. I hit the bed and slept until 17:00 Hrs.

After waking up, I switched on the laptop and then kept searching, scrolling through the internet. I started exercising after that. while listening to songs. I did cycling for 15 mins, as usual, and then did some push-ups, squats, some pullovers, abdominal crunch, con. curl dumbbell exercises.

At around 20:00 hrs, I had khichdi only along with milk as dinner. At the time of dinner, We started watching the latest movie CASH available on Hotstar. It was quite a good comedy movie.
