Chinese food but rather Thai food
Pad thai scampis.
All right, it's not really Chinese food but rather Thai food...
This dish is really an invitation to a culinary journey, I let you discover it!
Preparation (for 2 persons)
- 150g rice noodles
- 3 spring onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 50g soybean sprouts
- 2 eggs
- 100g peeled scampis
- 30g of roasted peanuts
- 2 tablespoons nuoc mam
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 small lime
- Fresh coriander
- Oil
Preparation:
- Cook noodles according to package directions
- Squeeze the lemon to extract as much juice as possible.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing nuoc mam, soy sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice.
- Peel and thinly slice the onions and cut them finely.
- Chop the garlic clove
- Sauté the garlic and onions in a saucepan with a little bit of oil.
- Drain your noodles
- Add sauce, soybean sprouts and noodles.
- Then add the eggs, peanuts and scampers.
- Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens
- Serve hot, sprinkle with crushed peanuts and coriander (according to taste)
