The content of these substances can be a source of very high antioxidants for the body. The ability of antioxidants produced by cabbage can keep bad cholesterol levels in the body so that it can reduce the risk of heart disease.

  • Soybeans

Soy is very good for maintaining heart health. Soy contains lots of protein and unsaturated fats. Soy substances can reduce the risk of heart disease, lower cholesterol and strengthen the heart muscle.

  • Banana

Bananas contain a variety of substances that are essential for maintaining heart function. Some substances with high levels found in bananas include potassium, electrolyte minerals, and a little sodium. While low content of sodium can help overcome the problem of high blood pressure that can cause heart attacks.

  • Apple

Apples can also reduce the accumulation of plaque in the heart arteries. Apples contain phenolic compounds that can strengthen the lining of the artery walls of the heart.
