HONEY

When I mention the word HONEY, what lies in my mind is a sweet, tender flavor. Any food or drink when given honey will taste sweet, I really like it. But do you know the secrets in the great stored in the honey ???. True, there are so many secrets about medicine and health that are in it.


Today, I will discuss about how great honey is in nourishing our bodies.

Benefits of honey for the body and health :
